The most exciting game of round 20 in the BNXT League took place in Oostende. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of second-rankedOostende (16-4) to eleventh ranked Leuven Bears (10-10) 71-70 on Wednesday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the home team. Leuven forced 20 Oostende turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Roel Bucumi (194-2003) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and American guard Will Pruitt (190, college: Lipscomb) who added 14 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Finnish guard Andre Gustavson (197-1999, college: Richmond, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with 17 points and 7 rebounds and American Silas Melson (193-1996, college: Gonzaga) scored 19 points. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Leuven maintains eleventh position with 10-10 record. Defending Belgian champion Oostende keeps the second place with four games lost.
